What Shipping Methods Are Available?
At Naturebay Store, we value every single customer and every parcel delivery carefully. We currently work with USPS as our shipping carriers.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We mainly sell our product in US. However, we are welcome customers oversea. Shipping fee may apply differently for oversea shoppers.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
The average processing time is approximately 2-4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. Regular domestic shipping can take between 2-8 business days.
We also offer express shipping which is estimated 1-2 business days.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Credit Card: Buyers can pay securely by credit card via Stripe Checkout.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
No worries! Our online store is secured online shopping website. Your personal information won’t be track on our online shopping website.

Have problem with placing an Order?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you haven’t transferred any payment to us, your order will be deleted automatically from our order system, with no further action required on your part. All your order details will be automatically deleted from our files after a certain period.
If we already received your payment your order can only be cancelled if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please visit your order status page or email us to see if it is still possible to cancel your order.
How Can I Return a Product?
Any product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days for a refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.)
In case of damage to a product during shipment, it must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery, and images of the damage to the box and/or the product must be provided in order for us to file an insurance claim with USPS and recover your investment. We will ship out new product as soon as we receive your report.
